Case Study
Movrya
Offline-first task manager that puts tasks, projects, reminders, focus time, and daily progress in one workspace, backed by a Next.js sync engine.
Movrya is an offline-first productivity app for people who want more than a basic to-do list but less than enterprise project management. A Today screen helps decide what to work on, project views show progress and blockers, and a focus mode times single-task work sessions.
The product is backend-owned: a React Native app keeps a local queue so changes made offline are stored and synced on reconnect, while a Next.js API and sync engine own the business rules, conflict resolution, and integrations. It is coming soon to Google Play.

What Makes It Interesting
Movrya treats connectivity as the normal case to design for: edits are queued locally and reconciled against a single source of truth when the device reconnects. Authentication, business logic, and integrations stay server-side, which keeps the product secure and easier to scale.
